Hi, I'm Laura.

I know what it feels like to be trying so hard to take care of your body… and still not feel like yourself.
For years, I believed the answer was doing more — eating less, exercising harder, and pushing through stress and exhaustion.
But instead of feeling better, I felt depleted.
Now, I help women better understand what their body is asking for and create supportive, realistic strategies that help restore energy, balance, and resilience — in a way that fits real life.
My approach became personal long before it became professional.
For years, I believed that if I just worked harder, I would finally feel better.
I spent much of my teens, twenties, and thirties dieting, restricting food, and pushing myself through intense workouts. Along the way, my body was sending signals that something wasn't right, but I didn't recognize them at the time. Looking back now, I can clearly see the clues were there all along—I just didn't yet understand what my body was trying to tell me.
On the outside, I looked healthy. But underneath, my body was struggling. Over the years, I faced infertility, multiple miscarriages, IVF, and eventually postpartum anxiety and depression after becoming a mother.
Those experiences helped me realize that health isn't just about food and exercise. Stress, life circumstances, and the demands we place on ourselves can have a profound impact on how we feel. Each experience forced me to question what I thought I knew about health. I began to realize that more restriction, more exercise, and more willpower weren't the answer.
My body wasn't failing me. It was asking for support.
That realization completely changed how I approached my own health—and ultimately led me to this work. Instead of focusing on perfection or extremes, I learned how to support my body through nourishment, recovery, stress resilience, and a deeper understanding of what was happening beneath the surface. And the more I learned, the more I realized I wasn't alone.
So many women are doing everything they have been told should work and still feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves. That's why I do this work today.

What I believe

Your body is not broken.
It's constantly adapting and responding.
Symptoms are information.
They're clues that deserve curiosity, not frustration.
Health is about more than food and exercise.
Stress, sleep, recovery, and life circumstances matter too.
Sustainable change beats perfection.
Small, consistent actions create lasting results.
More is not always better.
Sometimes the most supportive thing is doing less.
